Office moving crates and bins
Stackable plastic crates delivered to your office in Chico and collected when the move is done. Staff pack their own desks, the crates stack on a dolly, and nobody spends a Friday flattening cardboard.
Why crates rather than boxes
One size, so they stack
Every crate is the same 27 by 17 by 12 inches. A uniform stack loads a truck properly and rolls on a dolly. Mixed cardboard does neither.
Staff can pack their own desks
Hand out crates the week before, collect them on the day. No assembly means nobody needs showing how, and no tape gun goes missing.
Files and kit stay intact
Rigid sides and a latching lid, so paper does not spill and a monitor does not end up under a collapsed box.
Nothing left afterwards
We take them away. An office move in cardboard ends with a skip or a week of recycling runs.
Sizing an office
Desks are the easiest way to count it. A normally used desk with drawers and a shelf is about four to six crates once the files, the personal things, and the odds and ends are in. A meeting room or a supply cupboard is another handful on top.
That puts a ten to fifteen person office in the range of our 4-Bedroom package at 75 crates, $249 for two weeks. Larger than that, or a move running longer than a fortnight, is worth a conversation rather than a package off the shelf.

Bigger, longer, or in stages
Plenty of office moves do not fit a fixed package. A phased move across two weekends, a floor at a time, or a volume past our largest listed size are all things we would rather quote properly than have you guess at.
Tell us the number of desks, the dates, and both addresses, and you will get a straight answer on what it costs and whether we have the stock for those days.
