Every package uses the same tote. It’s a heavy-duty plastic container with an attached lid, sized to hold about as much as a large moving box.

We stack clean, lidded totes at your current door, ready to open and fill. No assembly, no tape gun, nothing to buy. Keep them two weeks or four; you pick at checkout.

Unpack on your own schedule. When you're done, stack the empties by the door and we haul every tote away.

We’re based in Chico. Delivery and pickup are free in Chico, Durham, and Paradise, and every town within about 30 miles rides for a small convenience fee per trip, shown before you pay. On a street we haven’t listed? Ask us. If the truck can reach you, we probably can.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Every tote is washed and inspected between rentals, and it arrives with its lid on. If one ever shows up short of that, tell us and we'll swap it on the spot.
Usually not. We'll agree on a drop spot (a porch, garage, or side gate works fine) and we'll text when the truck's on its way.
Ask us before your pickup date and we'll extend the rental if those totes aren't already promised to someone else, at a rate we quote you first. Booking the 4-week option up front is the surest way to have the extra time.
Cancel at least 48 hours before your delivery day and you get a full refund. Inside that window but before delivery, we refund 50%. Once the totes are delivered the rental price is set, even if you finish early and hand them back. Full cancellation terms are in the rental agreement.
Tell us what happened. Normal wear is expected and never charged. Totes that don't come back are charged to the card on file at $25 per tote, and the same applies to a tote that comes back broken. It's all spelled out in the rental agreement.

We also run to every town within about 30 miles (Orland, Oroville, Gridley, Willows, Corning, and more) for a small convenience fee per trip, shown before you pay. Somewhere we haven't listed? Ask.
